Week of Global Mobilization for Peace in Ukraine Extern

30 September - 8 October

Following the International Summit for Peace in Ukraine (ISPU), the International Peace Bureau is calling on civil society organizations in all countries to join a Week of Global Mobilization for Peace in Ukraine from Saturday 30th September to Sunday – 8th October 2023. The common goal is to call an immediate ceasefire and peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine Your endorsement and vocal support for peace in Ukraine are crucial. We invite you to organize your own event or participate in existing events during this dedicated weekend of action.  Events may include street vigils in highly trafficked locations, media protests, congressional delegations, teach-in’s, freeway bannering, and others.

Together, our collective strength can demonstrate viable alternatives to war and militarization to the world.

To organise an event, please sign up here.  More information and the current list of events are available at IPB webpage.

As a participant in the international Ukraine coalition, IPB will compile and record all the events and incidents associated with the event’s week. We will be glad to include yours.
Attached is the final Declaration made during the Vienna conference. Additional translated versions of the document are accessible on the peace vienna website.
