Peace Action zoom conference

We warmly invite you to join the first Peace Action zoom conference held by the No to War  No to NATO Network on September 30 from 19:00 until 21.00 CEST in preparation for the peace actions against the 2024 NATO Summit in Washington. Below you can find more information about the topics for discussion & the program.

Current challenges:

–  Intensification of the Alliance’s self-promotion as a war deterrent and confrontational institution.

–  Continuation of the policy of confrontation with Russia, especially through active support for Ukraine, and

–  Strengthening of the bloc formation with China, among other things, through the expansion and consolidation of “Global NATO” by gaining new partners

–  Unrestrained further armament & realization of the 2% goal

–  Role of nuclear weapons in Europe, possibly completion of “modernization” of deployment of new U.S. nuclear weapons in Europe

–  Intense discussion of NATO role (and expansion) in the Balkans.

–  Establishment of a 6th domain (besides Land, Sea, Air, Space, Cyber) the Cognitive Warfare, using soft power on  human thoughts
