ICAN report on 2019 nuclear weapons spending.

ICAN (International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons) shares his new report on 2019 global nuclear weapons spending. They researched how much each country spent on building and maintaining nuclear warheads and nuclear-capable delivery systems in 2019 and found that the total was $73 billion, or roughly $140,000/ minute for every minute of 2019.

They also found that there was an increase of about $14 billion in global nuclear weapons spending from 2018 to 2019 and that costs are projected to rise in the coming years.
