Triennial IPB Meeting

The International Peace Bureau´s Triennial Meeting is scheduled for Saturday the 19th of October 2019 in London.

The Triennial Meeting (hereafter called the Assembly) of the International Peace Bureau (IPB) is coming up on Saturday, 19th of October 2019, at St Thomas’ Hospital, London, opposite the Houses of Parliament.

The Assembly is the highest policy-making body of the IPB. It is also a forum for the exchange of ideas, information and resources among civil society movements, scholars and activists. It is open to Council members, plus individuals belonging to IPB member organisations, individual IPB members and observers. During the Assembly the new board and council will be elected for the next three years and the organisation´s future development and projects will be discussed and agreed upon.

Member organisation of IPB have the right to join for the Triennial and make their voices heard and are very much encouraged to make use of this right to increase the quality of IPB´s work and strengthen the network of civil society organisations that are working for a better world in which war and armed conflict is not a resort of diplomatic strategy. Via this registration and nomination form you will be able to register yourself as an attendee and submit proposals. The deadline for submissions is the 31st of July, midnight, CEST.
